1st Line Support Helpdesk - Christchurch - Full Time - 5 Month Contract - £12ph umbrella

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT Helpdesk Professional to join an existing team of IT Support professionals in Christchurch.

This role will involve providing mainly telephone and email based IT support to internal clients to carry out 1st line fault detection and problem diagnosis.

Your duties and responsibilities will include;

- Taking calls and emails from internal clients regarding IT problems

- Offering 1st line fix where possible

- Escalating issues to 2nd line where appropriate

- Working as part of a team

- Working to SLA's in an ITIL environment

To be suitable for this opportunity; you must have:

- Experience of working in a helpdesk environment

- Knowledge of IT including Microsoft, Active Directory, Outlook etc

- Driving licence and access to a vehicle

The rate for this position is £12ph umbrella.

This position is available full time Monday - Friday 37 hours a week. You will be working shifts between 08:00 and 17:30.

This is initially a 5 month contract, but there is potential for extension.

This role is based in Christchurch with frequent travel to Dorchester.
