My exclusive client is a medium sized manufacturing business which is looking for temporary support in their finance team. Based at the main group Head Office in Huthwaite near J28 of the M1
The person would mainly be carrying out a supporting role to the credit controllers and would be handling the administrative elements to allow the team to focus on their collection activity.
Reporting to the Credit Control Manager you will be responsible for:
- Payment entry & allocation
- Requesting Customer Remits
- Taking card payments
- Issuing statements
- Issuing Reminder letters
- Copy Invoices & Credit notes
- Reconciling Customer Accounts
- Any other ad hoc support to credit controllers
- Previous experience in accounts administration.
- Exposure to credit control would be advantageous.
- Team player with strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
- IT skills, with knowledge of Excel and ideally MS Dynamics AX or 365.
- A salary of £10/hr

The role will last between 2-3 months and is looking for someone to start ASAP.
