We are urgently recruiting for an Accounts Clerk to work on behalf of our client, based in Lytham St Annes. This role is a temporary role with the potential to go permanent for the right person.
This role is a varied role so ideally suit someone who is confident, outgoing and willing to be flexible to suit the business needs.
Duties to include:
- Purchase Ledger
- Sales Ledger
- Credit Control
- Sending invoices and monthly statements
- Supporting Accountant with bank reconciliations and VAT returns
- Managing petty cash and company fuel cards
- Ordering stationary and supplies for the office as and when required
- Data input and regular data cleansing to ensure accuracy
- Maintaining Excel spreadsheets
Successful candidates will have excellent written, numerical and verbal communication skills
They will also be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of Sage Accounting essential
