RK Accountancy are currently recruiting for a Full Time Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our client’s rapidly expanding maufacturing business based in Blackpool.
Your New Job
On successful application as a Purchase Ledger Clerk your duties will include handling supplier invoice queries; matching, batching and coding invoices. As purchase Ledger Clerk you will also be responsible for monthly supplier statement reconciliation; maintaining regular communication with suppliers; preparing payment runs, bank reconciliation and other ad hoc admin duties.
Your Experience & Our Requirements
Our Client is seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk with sound knowledge of Purchase Ledger responsibilities, at least 2 years’ recent experience and ideally a finance qualification such as AAT level 3. You will have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines whilst still able to build and retain great working relationships across the business and with suppliers. Your ability to deliver good customer service will be second to none and you’ll possess an excellent telephone manner. You should be proactive and possess an innovative approach to all tasks, whilst able to demonstrate strong IT and Excel skills.
Your Future As The Successful Candidate
You’ll receive a competitive salary of up to £23,000 (dependant on salary and experience) with a generous holiday and benefits package. You’ll receive on going supervision and support whilst in your role and will have the opportunity for growth and progression in your role as the business continues to expand.
