Technical Support Analyst - Peterborough

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Service Desk Analyst who's looking to gain invaluable experience working for a top company based in Peterborough.

Please note: This position has 2 optional working hours, one role will be working on a rotating shift basis of 7.5hrs between 7am - 9pm, including every other Saturday for 3 months initially looking to go permanent directly with the client. The other is working out of hours 4 days on 4 days off, 12 hour shifts from 8pm till 8am.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be dealing directly with internal and external customers so this team requires someone with great attention to detail, fantastic customer service skills and ability to follow process and guidelines.

  • Successful candidates will be responsible for: Service Desk support, password resets, analysing and correcting data, registering/maintaining users and maintaining/adhering to strict SLA's and troubleshooting basic issue orientated around Windows OS, MS Office and Exchange

  • We are looking for a driven individual who is able to build rapport and relationships across their team as well as with their customers.
