Elite Advanced Driver Training is a market leader regarding the provision of Non-emergency, Emergency Response and Fleet Driver Training to the NHS, Private Ambulance Services and Corporate Businesses. The vacant position is for a Marketing and Office Assistant who is looking for a challenging and diverse role of employment.

Marketing and Office Assistant

  • 25hrs per week (Mon - Fri)
  • 09:30 - 14:30hrs per day
  • Snetterton, Norfolk

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, creative and an experienced individual, to come and join our dedicated team to help us establish, managed and support our PR & Marketing Campaign via its dedicated website and available social media platforms. In addition, the individual will also be required to support general office duties and associated tasks.

This Marketing and Office Assistant role requires the individual to strategically identify and post engaging content for our website and social media feeds which will promote our group and brand awareness, manage job postings, work availability, interact with communities, increase engagement and to identify key influencers and conversations to better showcase our work and expand our reach.

You will:

  • Design, implement and manage our social media marketing platforms.
  • Regularly post, monitor and schedule social media and website content.
  • Moderate and respond to comments and interact with followers to best develop our online communities.
  • Develop social media strategies to expand our reach and impact through social media and website channels.
  • Identify key social influencers who we can engage with.
  • Grow our social media presence and target reach.
  • Respond to candidate or other enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Use personal stories and soft touches to reach out with fun and engaging information.
  • Assist with general office administrative tasks and duties as required.

Skills & Experience:

  • Hold a minimum of 1 years experience which is able to demonstrate successes regarding the design, implementation, management and marketing of social media platforms and website content.
  • Hold formal training / qualification in social media and marketing.
  • Hold previous experience as an office assistant.
  • Current and up-to-date with the latest trends/developments in social media communications.
  • Able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and social media platforms.
  • Able to liaise with, instruct and build relations with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills.
  • Drive, competence, flexibility and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Good teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills.
