This FX Brokerage is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support its team. This person will be responsible the day to day running of business from an administration perspective as well as providing an exception PA level support to the CEO.

The company is a privately owned foreign exchange service, providing expertise in currency management. They deliver strategies to a select number of clients, who rely on them to be their partner in navigating international markets through skilled FX forecasting and effective trading techniques.

Roles and responsibilities
- You will be the face of the company, meeting and greeting visitors at the office.
- Provide administrative support, principally to the CEO, but also to the rest of the team as and when required, including purchasing office equipment, arranging and responding to events, making travel arrangements and maintaining office filing system.
- Apply high-level organisational skills in prioritising and co-ordinating workload activities.
- You will be required to work on, and manage, short and long-term projects within the business, liaising with relevant parties to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
- You will be responsible for maintaining up to date records for all expenses in Xero account software.
- You will be responsible for ensuring that Exmoor is adhering to compliance procedures and processes, including running compliance checks on new clients.
- Compiling and sending out the regular newsletter for clients and potential clients.
- Update website as required using Squarespace CMS
- Organise marketing materials e.g. corporate gifts, business cards etc
- Ensure a smooth-running office, identifying opportunities to make processes more efficient
- Prioritise and monitor incoming post, emails and phone calls, taking responsibility for dealing with issues where appropriate

- Strong accounting skill are preferable to enable this person to look after the business accounts.
