Manpower is currently recruiting for a Proactive Analyst on behalf of our client, a large multinational financial services corporation. This is a temporary role, for 6 months, and will be working 37.5 hours per week. This will be on a shift pattern working 5 days per week including weekends. The shifts would be between the times of (Apply online only). You will be provided with training on your first couple of days.

The successful candidates

In the role of the Analyst you will work closely with team of 16 servicing colleagues, understanding their needs, building and analysing data. This is an evolving role where you will be demonstrating strong levels of communication and will need to leverage relationships to shape the future of this technical development.

Support a team of 16 Servicing Colleagues with analysing data for a sizeable & defined group of cardmembers

Inbound and Outbound communication


Knowledge of a Premium Servicing Environment beneficial

An motivated approach to supporting customer satisfaction

Strong knowledge of Excel and Data base tools

Analytical – manipulating large amounts of data
