We are working on behalf of a private training provider to recruit for an Operations Manager for Adult Learning programmes covering West Yorkshire and surrounding areas.

This role is responsible for AEB and Advanced Learner Loans contracts as well as supporting across other areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Leading all aspects of the Adult Learning curriculum from planning through to design and implementation, ensuring it is attractive to both employers and learners

* Monitoring performance across recruitment, retention, attendance and success targets

* Managing budgets and P&L

* Recruiting, motivating and managing a team of delivery staff (both direct reports and matrix management)

* Working alongside the business development team to build a successful sales pipeline for both employers and learners

* Managing the Functional Skills provision across all business areas including apprenticeships

* Identify new funding streams for Adult Learning Programmes

The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing adult learning programmes with a proven track record of improving the learner experience. Experience of planning and delivering an innovative curriculum is essential along with excellent operational management skills.

Salary & Benefits:

* Salary of £35,000 depending on experience and qualifications plus bonus scheme and benefits package
