YOUR NEW COMPANY:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly successful and very reputable company who have become the distributor of choice within their field. They are looking to recruit on a Permanent basis for a Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk to work between 22.5 to 25 hours per week. They are completely flexible in regards to this and are happy to consider working hours that include 3 full days per week, school hours or the hours split across the 5 day working week either mornings or afternoons.

YOUR NEW ROLE:

You will be using a bespoke accounting system where full training will be given and duties will include processing purchase invoices, coding and matching them to PO's, liaising with suppliers and managing queries as required, reconciliation of monthly statements to supplier ledger, processing payment rums and posting bank transactions and producing reconciliations. You will be joining a small and very friendly team.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:

The ideal Candidate will have proven experience within Purchase Ledger and will be able to hit the ground running. You will also be organised with excellent communication skills
