Looking for a challenge? Our client is a global technology leader based in Chertsey. They are looking for a Contracts Manager to take responsibility for the day to day management of a large retail – agency contract. You will ensure compliance with the agreed contract from supplier and internal teams. You will report on performance and costs relating to the contract, resolve issues and escalate where required. Overall you will champion a collaborative contract management approach within the business.

Key responsibilities of this Contracts Manager Role

* Lead in-house contact for all agency contractual matters

* Execute contract and evaluate results

* Cross category relationship management

* Resolution of all contract related issues, both externally and internally.

* Communicate contract-related information to all stakeholders and legal

* Reporting on all elements of the contract

* Ensure contract compliance in respect of invoicing, and assisting finance with all evidence required.
