This leading provider of print and document solutions are currently looking to recruit a Photocopier Support Service Engineer, base at their Merseyside office.

You will be servicing, preparing, repairing and maintaining a wide range of colour and mono photocopiers including Sharp, Konica Minolta and Ricoh products, which will be predominately workshop based.

The main responsibilities for this role include:
- Preparing machines ready for stock and subsequently for sale, within business KPI's
- Repairing & maintaining customer machines in line with business expectations, ensuring customer excellence
- Ensuring workshop activity is completed to the best possible standard, ensuring high machine performance for lengthy durations
- Implementing all appropriate modifications and keeping up to date with technical bulletins
- Following servicing schedules and highlighting problem machines

You may be required to visit their customer sites from time to time, in support of meeting their business SLA's

To succeed as a Support Engineer, you must have:

- Experience in the office equipment industry
- Technical skills, with a strong electronic and mechanical background
- Previous experience working on Sharp and/or Konica Minolta and/or Ricoh machines
- The ability to provide a first class all round customer service experience.
- Excellent Communication skills
- A full UK driving license

Desirable skills/experience for this role:

- Manufacturer Training
- Networking experience/training
- IT/Solutions experience
