Our client is a medium sized technology company based in Birmingham looking for a forward thinking and driven account manager to join their firm. Despite being a young firm they have seen huge growth in operations and revenue and require an individual to aid this development.


* Join and help manage a team of accounts all at different stages of their careers

* You will be the leader that motivates, monitors and reviews all team members in order build a supportive and high quality performance environment

* Review all account files compiled by the team in order to assess and curate development plans for every single member of the team

* You will be responsible for developing and maintaining existing relationships with ltd, corporate and sole trade clients

* Meet KPI’s regarding growth and profits

* You will also be responsible for preparing accounts, tax computations and other company admin either yourself or through delegation and ensure they are completed to the highest standard.


* The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ practice experience

* History of leading team in terms of KPI and goals set

* Attention to detail is required to ensure all procedures are conducted to the highest standard and also that legal and regulatory standards are complied with

* You will have advanced knowledge of VAT and corporation tax principles as well as good knowledge of Xero and Sage 50 accounts

* You will be a dedicated professional with high ambition and goals in terms of personal and professional growth

* You will constantly set targets for yourself and your team and regularly schedule bonding sessions in order to create a harmonious and motivating environment to operate in
