Digital Marketing Executive

This company is looking for a high-calibre Digital Marketing Executive to join their growing team in London to help run our paid social and search marketing efforts predominantly in the UK.

The ideal candidate must be passionate about running display, paid search and social marketing campaigns in various languages, ad testing and optimizing the conversion funnel.

The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Support the growth team in managing PPC, Paid Social and Programmatic marketing channels to hit monthly performance goals
- Support with regular reporting and run in-depth analysis of marketing programs to identify optimization potential
- Manage and drive multiple digital marketing projects and deliver effective results
- Analyse web trends, site conversion rates and ad campaigns to drive revenue growth
- Run and take end-to-end ownership of digital marketing channels for specific markets
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to determine actionable performance optimizations of marketing campaigns
- Performing data analysis for identifying business development opportunities and cost efficiencies
- Analysing marketing and business metrics and providing RoI analysis of all marketing campaigns
- Provide user demographics, behavior data and analysis for market segmentation and product evaluation
- Undertake any additional task to meet the needs of the Marketing Analysis team

Main requirements:
- 2-3 years' digital marketing experience in managing large scale search and paid social accounts with a strong focus on geo-targeting
- Experience in SEO a plus
- Experience in running multi-language performance campaigns
- Proven SEM knowledge of Google Adwords and/or Bing Ads (certification a plus)
- Strong proficiency of LinkedIn ads manager and Facebook Power Editor
- Experience in running performance driven awareness campaign cross Paid Social, Youtube and DoubleClick Bid Manager (DBM)
- Good understanding of tracking tools/techniques such as UTM parameters, cookies and Doubleclick is desirable
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills and knowledge of tools like Google Analytics
- Deep understanding of web analytics methodologies with a grasp of conversion funnels, optimization techniques and bid management
- Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel (ie. pivot tables, vlookups) and Powerpoint to aid internal reporting
- Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate self-starter qualities and to research performance issues and formulate tangible solutions
- Degree in Marketing, Economics, Math, Statistics, Info Systems, Computer Science or related
- Flexible attitude, appreciate that the competitive landscape is constantly evolving and able to adapt approach accordingly
