Project Planner (SAP)

Project Planner (SAP) - The Role
* Coordinates maintenance planning activities for assigned asset/equipment category; utilizes best practices to guide initiation and planning of preventive maintenance routines
* Collaborates with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to ensure preventative maintenance routines are planned in accordance with company standards and equipment reliability is maximized
* Leads collaborative effort to draft site and equipment specific work plans
* Audits preventative maintenance modules and work orders to ensure data integrity
* Collaborates with operations and maintenance teams regarding contractor bid process
* Acts as a frontline resource to resolve technical issues
* Provides timely, accurate status updates to stakeholders
* Supports budget development
* Collaborates with stakeholders to forecast and communicate major outages of equipment, units or stations
* Other duties as assigned
Project Planner (SAP) - Benefits Package
* A starting salary of between £30,000 and £40,000 per annum
* 25 day’s holiday (plus Bank Holidays)
* Overtime pay
* Company pension
Project Planner (SAP) – Candidate Skills & Experience
* At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role is essential
* Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Engineering or related discipline; previous experience in the Oil and Gas industry
