Midlands M&E Building Services Contractors established over 35 years and handling projects ranging from £25k small works through to developments in excess of £2M value seek to appoint an Assistant Electrical Project Manager to further strengthen their team following a recent internal promotion


Working in partnership with an experienced project manager on contracts from inception to completion, your role will include:

  • Taking handover of initial project brief
  • Estimation, procurement & programming
  • Production of method statements & risk assessments
  • Installation management including subcontractors
  • Electrical testing & certification
  • Production of as-built drawings (with AutoCAD amendments) and Operations & Maintenance Manuals
  • Commissioning & client handover

Job Requirements:

  • Qualified in an Electrical Engineering or Building Services discipline
  • Electrical Building Services experience gained with M&E Contractors including testing & certification
  • Computer literate, including with AutoCAD 2D for drawing amendments
  • Full driving licence
