This well-established family run business have been trading successfully for many years are are now on the look out for an experienced Finance Manager to join the team on a permanent and full time basis.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the main purpose of the role will be to manage the finance team and some of your duties will include:

*Budgets and Forecasting
*Monthly journals, P & L and balance sheets
*Payroll function for all within the company and basic HR for new starters and leavers
*Controlling purchasing and sales ledger
*Accruals and pre-payments
*Bank reconciliations, petty cash
*Monthly cash flow reporting
*VAT preparation and returns

Good I.T and analytical skills are key to the role in addition to good people skills so whether you are qualified or qualified by experience we are keen to speak with you - this is a great opportunity for you to demonstrate your wealth of experience and to be part of a business who value their staff.

The role is commutable from Birmingham, Warwick, Stratford on Avon, Redditch, Kenilworth, Leamington Spa and Coventry
