My Client a forward thinking service company based in Aberdeen who are concerned with the supply of print services, production printing and software development are currently on the lookout for a motivated Help Desk Agent to join their team. This role would suit someone who wants to work for an ambitious privately owned company where their personal input is key to client retention and smooth running of the branch. • Diagnose support Issues through asking key questions, perform troubleshooting and ticket triaging

• Document requests for assistance in the ticket management systems

• Call handling with end user remote support

• Management of consumable & break fix incidents within a ticketing system

• Responsible for providing high levels of customer service and emphasis on taking initiative

• Manage calls through to resolution or escalation if required

Person Specification

• Friendly and polite telephone manner, naturally helpful disposition

• Microsoft windows 7 & 10

• Familiar with Server 2003/2008/2012 & 2016 Environments

• Understanding of Printer configuration and Installation

• Excellent time management and organisational skills
