First Line IT Support Analyst
An ideal opportunity for a school, college or university leaver to develop first line support skills within a project based environment, part of a global company and have their first break in IT. Responsible for the delivery of first line support for all tickets assigned to the Client IT Team, ensuring a timely response based on priority and impact. Dealing with all IT related communications to clients and internally to staff, respond to diagnosing and where possible resolving issues, ensuring systems and services are functioning within the agreed tolerances and delivering to clients.
Ideally you will possess a background within IT and/or customer service, possess a general awareness for software and hardware and have experience of an IT related qualification/degree.
