My client, a Coventry based company CV5 area are seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a temporary to permanent basis.

It will be full time, Monday to Friday.

You will be responsible for the administration of purchase ledger and ensure that outward payments are made accordingly.

Key Duties:

  • Ensure all invoices are correctly matched to a PO on the system
  • Set up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Dealing with purchase ledger queries

The successful candidate must have previous purchase ledger experience.
