Your new role
As the Community Equipment Project Manager, you will be responsible for identifying all Stakeholders involved with the provision of community equipment across the East of England and develop relationships with key contacts, including providers, commissioners, local authorities, sustainability and transformation groups and suppliers. You will organise and identify contracts in place, including providers, duration and value. You will undertake an options appraisal and produce a report with recommendations.
What you'll need to succeed
Essential skills for this role include the use of Excel at an intermediate to advanced level, be able to manage large volumes of complex data. You will need to have strong persuasion and influencing skills to help challenge the norm and encourage others to think outside of the box and seek creative and effective solutions. You will need to have the ability to manage and coordinate large and complex projects involving multiple personnel from different organisations.
