Customer Service Administrator
£17,000 - £19,000
Hours: Shifts between 8-8pm / 1 in 3 Saturdays

Wild are recruiting for leading Insurance company who are looking for Customer Service Administrators due to growth within the team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Correspondence between customers, third parties and brokers
  • Taking calls from customers regarding their claims
  • Recording claims onto the system
  • Dealing with customers via phone, email, letter and webchat
  • Ensure data protection and company legislation is followed consistently
  • Update customers regarding their claims
  • Take messages and pass calls to the correct departments

Personal qualities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident using Word and Excel
  • Able to show empathy to customers
  • Able to meet strict deadlines and prioritise workload
  • Confident handling customer complaints
  • Able to work well as a team
  • Attention to detail
