Part Time Finance Assistant - 9 Month Fixed term contract
Excellent Opportunity to join a renowned Building Services organisation on a 9-month Fixed term contract. The role is a part time position of 16 hours per week and hours are negotiable
The ideal candidate will be tasked with
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Assist with the Accounts Receivable (inc sending out weekly statements). Work closely with the Aviation manager to ensure that all invoices for fees and costs are raised as per the contract.
- Assist in the credit control
- Accounts Payable
- Staff/contractor expenses, ensure all expense are appropriately matched and approved
- Finance Admin
- Answer the phone - a good telephone manner is a must
- Running of Ad Hoc reports, research and projects as required
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstate some knowledge of using Sage and have atleast 2 years experience within the field.
