An exciting opportunity has a risen for a Finance Administrator to join a highly reputable company based in Kings Hill.
Reporting into the Team Leader the key area of this role involves processing customer payments on a daily basis.
The successful candidate will require high attention to detail whilst being incredibly organised with all payments and data.
This is a fixed term contract of up to 12 months, working 9AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by reviewing daily bank transactions and ensuring that all receipts are inputted accurate and timely manner.
- Check payment transaction reports and carry out investigations, referring to Team Leader as appropriate.
- Ensure all paperwork is scanned/filed correctly and in a timely manner
- General administration tasks as directed.
- Administrative duties.
- Annual Archiving.
Key areas of experience:
- Previous administrative or accounts experience, working with computers.
- Experience within an Administrative position.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel.
- Strong team player.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong telephone skills
