An exciting opportunity has a risen for a Finance Administrator to join a highly reputable company based in Kings Hill.

Reporting into the Team Leader the key area of this role involves processing customer payments on a daily basis.

The successful candidate will require high attention to detail whilst being incredibly organised with all payments and data.

This is a fixed term contract of up to 12 months, working 9AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by reviewing daily bank transactions and ensuring that all receipts are inputted accurate and timely manner.
  • Check payment transaction reports and carry out investigations, referring to Team Leader as appropriate.
  • Ensure all paperwork is scanned/filed correctly and in a timely manner
  • General administration tasks as directed.
  • Administrative duties.
  • Annual Archiving.

Key areas of experience:

  • Previous administrative or accounts experience, working with computers.
  • Experience within an Administrative position.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel.
  • Strong team player.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong telephone skills
