This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading investment bank on a 12 month contract!
Successful candidate will provide a single point of contact for customers and users on a daily basis for all IT requirements and direct call routing to support teams and escalating where needed.
You will be troubleshooting problems via telephone and provide guidance for computers, software and electronic equipment. Also, you will be offering high quality client interactions, taking part in driving industry best practices within the team and working globally.
- Customer service background
- Ability to multitask
- Previous IT support experience
- Windows experience (ideally working on Windows 7)
