Do you have the ambition to lead a team? Can you maintain exceptional standards of patient care and inspire others to do the same? Are you ready to embrace the latest technology and innovative new ways of working?

This is an opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to step up into a leadership role. You will develop, implement, evaluate and assess care programmes for dialysis patients with end-stage renal disease or acute renal failure. Planning treatment to meet care requirements, you will work within your team to ensure that communication is effective, individual care plans are implemented and training requirements are met.

You must have experience in a nephrology unit with a recordable Renal Nursing qualification. You must also have a current NMC pin. Making a difference to patient’s lives is why we’re here. As a world leader in renal care, Fresenius offers dedicated, patient-centred environments where quality care and the latest technology provide a supportive, modern patient experience.

This is a full time role working 150 hours over a 4 week period or about 37.5 hours per week. Our dialysis clinic is open Monday to Saturday and you will be on a rota to undertake shifts within 6.30am - 6.00pm. We are offering a competitive salary of UPTO £30,843.

Therefore Fresenius Medical Care UK & Ireland commit to providing you with a structured training programme which starts with an initial 5 day induction course in one of our regional training venues.
