- Must have IT or Telecommunications account management experience
- At least 3 years’ experience
- Sales experience and solutions selling is a must
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships
- Identify and sell suitable mobile / fixed line / digital solutions
- Experience achieving quarterly sale targets
- Ability to identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to retain business by up-selling and cross-selling
- Client facing experience and full drivers licence
As an Account Manager, you will proactively manage and develop existing and prospective customers, achieving agreed targets. An account manager who works in this role will engage in a variety of tasks including coordination, strategic planning, relationship management, negotiation and innovative development of opportunities, and keeping a record of transaction of sale and purchase goods.
