Service Desk Analyst
One of the UK's largest providers of IT services is looking for Service Desk Analysts to work for their client, based in Nottingham.
Are you a skilled Service Desk Analyst who can handle both 1st and 2nd line support activities? Do you have ability to work to SLA, have an impressive First Time Fix rate and be able to deliver customer focused support to a diverse and large user base?
A natural problem solver you must be able to break incidents down to their component parts and identify how the issue has occurred and quickly determine its resolution. The ability to own incidents to completion is key, as is the ability to keep the user informed as to the progress of their call and resolve any other issues that may impact on service provision and support.
Ideally you will have an understanding of ITIL service delivery and a Microsoft Certification. Active Directory, Windows 7, MS Office 2007 (particularly Outlook) support experience are essential.
Based in Nottingham you will work on a rotating 7am - 7pm shift basis, initially for 3 months but this role has the potential to be a long-term contract. Full training will be provided.
