We are currently looking for a Sales Support Executive who will provide desk -based support to our Partners, raise order paperwork as requested, create new leads and opportunities on Salesforce and collate pricing for Sales from Virtual1 portals.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting named Account Managers in fulfilling their role
  • Overseeing the planning of the Sales Support function - above all being accountable, making sure that nothing is missed, everything is tracked and keep in line with the company values
  • Providing a desk-based contact to all your Account Manager’s accounts
  • Raising of contracts for all new Partners on Salesforce once Finance have agreed terms. Raise and send to Partner: NDA, MSA, SLA’s and 1Portal request form. Ensure Salesforce is updated with details of paperwork sent
  • Review 1Portal orders in a timely manner, handing off a compliant order to the business for approval
  • Load all signed documentation onto Salesforce for Connectivity, Cloud and/or Retentions
  • Raising of all Service Order Forms and Statement of Works for End Customer orders
  • For complete accurate and compliant orders, upload all manual order information onto Salesforce for submission through the approval process
  • For incomplete, inaccurate or non-compliant orders, work with the respective Sales person to resolve outstanding issues
  • Provide help and support to the Sales Team for 3rd party pricing. Liaise with the supplier if pricing unavailable via the 1Portal.

Essential skills:

  • 2 years' experience in a Sales Support or Order Desk environment
  • Previous experience using Salesforce
  • Highly motivated person with a can -do attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Multi-tasking pro
