As a Corporate & Management Trainer you'll handle the learning and professional development of our workforce. You'll be designing and delivering training yourself, as well as for others - it's your job to equip staff with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out their work and professional development activities. You will also be significantly engaged in setting up and running our in-house University (DevelopU), working with leaders across the business to ensure that the development in the Schools and Academies meet and exceed expectations of stakeholders.

In this role you will:

  • Review current available training programs and materials, evaluate company-wide skills, knowledge, and ability gaps (TNA) for potential learning programs, content creation and delivery

  • Design, develop, deliver and evaluate virtual, online, and face to face instructor-led learning programs for the enterprise, using company web and videoconferencing products and e-learning authoring tools and platforms

  • Develop storyboards, scripts, videos, audio files, simple simulations, assessments and job aids

  • Analyse post-course evaluation data

What you'll bring...

  • Proven experience in a corporate learning organisation, preferably with familiarity of both facilitator lead and e-learning programs

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills

  • Excellent motivational skills

  • excellent written and spoken communication skills

  • Previous experience with adult learning theories

  • Experience of learning management system (LMS) experience is required

  • Masters or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in instructional design, communications, educational technology, or a related field is required (Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements)

  • Previous experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline 2, Brainshark, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.) preferred
