Role:F2F Campaign Manager (9 Month Contract, April-December)
Location: Hackney 1-2 days per week & private site locations in London & surrounding areas
Salary: £25k - £32k per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: 37 hours per week

Our client is launching a brand new In-House F2F (Face to Face) team at the start of April. Our client are looking for a driven and ambitious leader to manage the recruitment of 3,000 new regular givers by the end of 2020, and many more beyond.
The position will involve the management of Fundraisers and Team Leaders to monitor performance, staff well-being and career development plans. This role will report directly into the Head of Individual Giving and you’ll be expected to lead on agency staff recruitment and retention, sites planning, strategy, budget forecasts and all matters relating to the successful running of the F2F operation.
Skills, knowledge and experience required
Experience in face to face fundraising / team leader roles essential
Setting and monitoring targets and reporting on staff performance and meeting KPIs
Comprehensive knowledge of the Institute of Fundraising’s compliance requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive under pressure and multi task and prioritise
This F2F Campaign Manager role is based in London with some travel required. This is a great opportunity to have complete ownership of a brand-new campaign that will transform the lives of blind children and their families across England and Wales.
