We are looking for an IT Support person to join our office in Gerrards Cross.
Main duties will be providing telephone support and remote IT support to our customers.
Must have previous experience working in the IT industry.
Confident answering phone calls and speaking with customers.
You may occasionally be required to visit customers on site therefore a full driving licence and your own vehicle is a necessity.
Job Role - 1st Line Support/ Helpdesk:
-Answering incoming calls
-Providing remote IT assistance
-Logging tickets in our helpdesk database
You must be familiar with software applications such as Microsoft Office and Outlook and have an understanding of both Apple Mac and Windows computers.
We are seeking someone who has the ability to learn fast and work well under pressure in a fast-paced industry.
Our customer expectations are high so we need someone who can prioritise their work, and who has the ability to work alone as well as part of a team.

9:00am - 5:00pm
