We are looking to recruit a candidate for a prestigious client within the Mortgage & Finance sector. As an Intermediary Sales Consultant, you will be based in their Birmingham office to add value and efficiency to the overall process, making outbound calls to brokers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and teamwork
  • Knowledge of mortgage process
  • To effectively handle outbound calls & maximising revenue opportunities
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, acting as a point of contact for Sales Team
  • Respond and handle broker queries / requests in a professional and timely manner

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Excellent team work ethic
  • Strong understanding of underwriting, FCA regulations & Mortgage Regulatory framework
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong IT Skills essential
  • Highly adaptable
  • Ability to manage a diverse workload and work well under pressure in a positive manner
  • Previous experience working within financial services
  • Experience of making outbound sales calls within the finance and banking industry


25 Days Annual Leave plus bank holidays

£23,500pa starting salary, increasing to £26,000pa
