Your new role
As Digital Content Coordinator you will take ownership of the organisation online content sharing platform. The platform is a product provided to their members to supply research papers and content to the members about the sector. You will take ownership of the general upkeep of the product which is on a SalesForce Community Suite. You will be uploading, editing and reviewing content; being the first point of contact for members regarding any bugs and managing the built in SAS (statistical analytics software).
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you must have a 1-2 years digital producer experience with extensive understanding of SalesForce and its community suite. You will have great back-end development skills with a keen interest in all things front - end processes. As you are managing the content on the website you will have good customer service and great understanding of CMS & content marketing experience.
