Account Manager, based St. Albans, Hertfordshire

A market leading and rapidly growing research company with an impressive range of clients across Retail & Hospitality. Multi-faceted role involving project management, relationship management, analysis and insights.

The position itself…

You will enjoy a varied role managing a range of projects within your portfolio of clients. As the main point of contact for your client base you will be responsible for helping clients to understand and deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive customer loyalty and revenue growth.

Using strong relationship management, analytical and presentation skills, as an Account Manager you will deliver insights, ensure projects run smoothly, and establish yourself and the team as a true business partner to your clients. This is a diverse and rewarding position for a detailed orientated analytical thinker with excellent relationship building skills, looking to develop your career in a marketing leading business enjoying over 10% year on year growth!

Do you have these Key Skills & Experience?

  • Degree educated (2:1 or above) or equivalent
  • Experience as an Account Manager maintaining relationships with a portfolio of clients
  • Confidence in working with data and presenting insight gained from the data
  • Great people skills, true relationship owner!
