NEW PART TIME BOOKKEEER OPPORTUNITY BASED IN CENTRAL LONDON - 1-2 DAYS A WEEK
Are you a self employed finance assistant/bookkeeper seeking new part time role?
Do you have strong all round accounting experience ideally to include payroll?
Do you live locally to the Central London area & seeking up to 2 days a week finance work within a very friendly and professional small specialist business?
Our client is based in London , very well established and a specialist in its unique industry sector currently seeking a Part Time Finance Assistant and Admin Clerk for approximately 1-2 days per week to carry out a highly responsible and vital role and duties are summarised below:-
Payments (including overseas/import payments)
Sales logging (Book Keeping and Balancing accountants)
Monthly & Quarterly Financial Reviews
Financial Document Management (Verifying & recording Invoices/Documents)
Database & Document Management
Management of Overseas payments (Stock) and resulting stock imports
Applications for this unique role are particularly welcomed from self employed accounts specialists seeking a role of 1-2 days a week. Familiarity with Xero accountancy software would be an advantage and knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word essential. A basic knowledge/interest in Fossils, Crystals or Natural History would be an advantage but NOT essential
