1:1 Assistant learning Support, SEN, Cheltenham, April 2019
Monarch education are looking to appoint candidates with experience working with children who have a variety of learning disabilities. We are looking for supportive and caring candidates who can support Autistic children with their learning and development, role model good practices, follow and maintain the child's personal EHCP's in our Cheltenham Schools. Here at Monarch education we support you with continuing your professional development while we allocate you work to suit you, whether these are short/long term, even permanent positions.

The role and responsibilities are;

*Strive to establish productive partnerships with parents and carers.

*Demonstrate honesty and integrity and uphold public trust and confidence in the education profession.

Qualifications required:
*Experiences working in schools.
*Relevant qualifications.
*Experience working with pupils with SEN
*Experience with behaviour management
*Experience with Makaton (Not desirable)
*Have a current Team Teach Certificate (Not desirable)
*Have two educational references
*Completion of Monarch registration procedures and safeguarding checks.
