Contract IT Service Desk Support Analyst, 3 months, immediate start

Large organisation based in Bournemouth, joining a mid-sized serviced desk team of a friendly and professional nature
Your new role
To provide first line support services to a large number of end users providing 1st line technical support via telephone and electronic communication. You will be the central point of contact between end user and IT services ensuring timely and professional responses to service requests, complaints and incidents.
What you'll need to succeed
You will already have experience working in IT service desk environment and have a good understand of IT service provisions in medium and large organisations. Experience of help desk managing systems, desktop systems, applications and server technologies. You'll have excellent communication and problem solving skills.
What you'll get in return
Initial 3 month contract likely to extend or become a permanent role. £13-£14 per hour, 37.5 hour week with possible flexible working (no home based working)
