Application Support Analyst
6 month contract

As a market leader in processing domestic cheques across the UK, handling over 500 million cheques each year, our client specialise in banking and financial services operations and are the UK Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) joint venture between Unisys, Barclays, HSBC & Lloyds Banking Group (three major banks and an outsourcing and technology services company.)

The Windows Application Deployment Analyst will be responsible for the deployment and support of applications across all necessary environments to meet business change projects.

The function will support the end to end development and deployment process working with other business areas and providing project support out of business hours when required.

To be successful in this role it is necessary for you to have excellent experience of SQL server and Internet Information Services (IIS). You will have working knowledge of ITSM tools such as Remedy or ServiceNow and you will have working knowledge of Control-M or equivalent automated scheduling tools.

You will be able to work well in a team, you will be flexible and adaptable and you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
