I am currently recruiting for a Service Architect to join a successful organisation within a growing and dynamic team. The Service Manager will lead on Service Design and become a subject matter expert on service management throughout the project lifecycle.
The Service Architect will assist with the development of Service Strategy, Service propositions and Service management definitions for key products and services. You will work alongside the Service Architect for the negotiation of complex service management SLAs/OLAs/KPIs and development of full suite of service design artefacts and processes. The Junior Service Architect will work closely with technical solutions architects to ensure integrated service and technical designs that deliver outstanding service experience to customers and support sales, commercial and legal teams with contract specifications and schedule preparation on complex large deals. The Junior Service Architect will complete demand analysis and understand patterns of business activity for new services, develop service models and support organization structures inc. supply chain arrangements where required and define and agree service performance indicators and agreements.
The Service Architect will help the business develop process and procedures in line with ITIL methodology, Review technology architecture and low level designs to ensure they deliver service outcomes. You will develop service processes (ITIL Service Management i.e. Incident, Change, Problem and SACM processes etc), define and implement service reporting, cadence and governance structures and manage operational stakeholders input to service design as appropriate ensuring deliverable high quality services can be provided.
The Service Architect will make significant budgetary and commercial decisions associated ~ £5M+. It is essential that you have a strong understanding of complex relationships and architecture, deliver a clear vision for the service solution and deliver a clear vision for the service solution. You will have a good understanding of Service Management technology (e.g. Netcool, Remedy, Self Service & Reporting tools), HNC/HND/Degree in Science, Telecommunications or IT or equivalent preferred and ITIL Service Management Qualifications, Prince 2/Agile certifications are desirable.
