First Line Support Engineer - Service Desk, Windows, Networking

£16-17k DOE + Benefits - Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk

CloudScope are working with an IT Support company with clients across East Anglia. Now due to expansion they are looking for a 1st Line Service Desk Engineer to join their team.

The Role

  • Resolve incoming issues to the Service Desk within a 30 minute budget
  • Monitor and manage Tickets/Alerts generated by our RMM System
  • Utilize skills in solving problems and support issues, diagnosing solutions
  • Identify re-occurring tickets and implement a permanent solution
  • Ensure client data integrity
  • Escalate Tickets to 2nd and 3rd Line Engineers where necessary


  • At least 1 year’s commercial experience supporting SME’s
  • Ability to support Microsoft Windows desktops in a domain environment
  • Basic level of Network and Server troubleshooting
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
