Reception/KS1 Teacher Needed - Maidstone and surrounding area - MPS

Are you an experienced and enthusiastic teacher in early years or KS1? Would you like to work in a vibrant and friendly school rated 'outstanding' by Ofsted? I have an exciting opportunity for Teacher of KS1 or early years teacher to work in a lively, welcoming and thriving three form entry primary school just outside of Maidstone.

My client is looking for a positive, inspiring, team-player to join their close-knit team on a long term temporary basis with the possibility of going permanent. The ideal candidate will be pro-active, creative and passionate about their career in teaching, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. The placement is 5 days a week ideally with planning and marking responsibilities for a friendly and bubbly reception class in need of a dedicated class teacher.

My client is willing to pay to scale for this role. They are also able to offer ample support within this role from other members of the department as well as the children's parents to help the children to reach their full potentials. What you'll need to succeed:
In order to be a successful Teacher in this role you will need to have a positive and proactive approach towards teaching and adapt to new classroom surroundings with ease and creativity. You will also need to be a fully qualified teacher or looking to complete your NQT year. You should have worked in a school environment within the last three years and be up to date with recent curriculum changes. You must also be able to demonstrate a professional manor at all times and possess excellent classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to unfamiliar plans and timetables whilst also having excellent communication skills.
