Project Implementation, Quality and Development Manager- Outreach Service Learning Disabilities (Ref: PIQDM-0319)

Centre 404 is a friendly, local and thriving charity with an excellent reputation for providing high quality support and services to people with learning disabilities and their families in North London.
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Housing service in a brand new role as Project Implementation, Quality and Development Manager. Initially, the post will lead on setting up and embedding a new floating support contract in Camden and will subsequently form part of the senior Housing management team, overseeing other new project set-ups, as well as being a key member of the quality team.

With the organisation continuously expanding, maintaining high quality and standards across our services remains a key area of focus and this new role is integral to achieving this. You will be involved in all aspects of learning and development and maintain high levels of statutory, local authority compliance across our service. This is a role that will see you collaborate with people at all levels of our organisation and will therefore require you to demonstrate outstanding professional standards and be effective at handling appropriate relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

The role also forms part of our Quality Assurance Group, which will involve carrying out regular spot checks, cascading findings to relevant managers, and helping address any areas where improvement may be required.

We are looking for someone who will instil a culture of continuous improvement, through dialogue with service users, their families, advocates and wider stakeholders, and who has a can-do attitude, is organised, and level headed. The right candidate will also be innovative and able to demonstrate a track record in motivating, managing and developing staff, alongside a clear understanding of leadership responsibilities in social care and excellent interpersonal skills. Experience of providing training within the social care sector would also be desirable.

Salary: £29,500.00 per annum
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week (including occasional evenings, weekends, and bank holidays)
Contract: Permanent
