Senior Sales Associate - Luxury Menswear, Flagship Boutique, up to £30,000 + Commission

I am seeking a driven and energetic senior sales associate to support the management of a luxury menswear fashion house located in their flagship boutique in London.

My client, a reputable European menswear brand, are renowned for their timeless style, premium tailoring and made-to-measure service.

My client is seeking an energetic and driven individual who will ideally have experience within menswear tailoring and RTW. If you have experience building relationships with clients and are focused towards building your client book within an iconic brand then this could be the ideal role for you.

The Ideal Candidate:

- Will have over 1 years' experience within a premium or luxury brand and ideally exposure to both men's RTW, tailoring and accessories
- Must be a dynamic team player and leader, who is able to support boutique management and operations while driving sales
- Be trend focused and have strong industry knowledge
- Confident with a driven attitude
- A strong understanding of customer service at the highest level
- Extremely well presented

The Responsibilities of the Role:

- Acting as a brand ambassador
- Being able to work towards store targets and personal KPI's
- Working closely with team members to drive sales opportunities in store while leading by example
- Being able to provide clients with strong product knowledge and a one-to-one service
- Driving CRM and building strong relationships with clients while establishing a client book
- Be able to offer clients style advise while building upon sales

- A generous salary of up to £30,000 plus commission on sales
