Our client is a technology provider to the education sector and they are widely known to deliver revolutionising programmes to students across the globe using cutting edge cloud infrastructure. The business is growing their operations due to consistent growth and is looking to expand into foreign markets.


Role:

  • Directly manage major and key accounts
  • Developing and implementing growth strategy whilst reviewing, reshaping and transforming the sales team
  • Developing new market penetration, delivering sustainable profitable revenue
  • To communicate, influence and build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Analyse competitor activity, products and services to maintain a comprehensive competitor analysis
  • Communicate a value-added sales proposition and deliver consistency in processes and approach, through example and leadership
  • Mentoring and developing a young and talented sales team

Candidate:

  • Demonstrable track record selling directly to the Education Technology sector
  • Experience of developing marketing plans to penetrate the targeted market/segment cost effectively
  • Strong digital marketing background, with evidence of delivering commercial growth
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels, building strong relationships both internally and externally
  • Ideal Candidates will have led a sales team of at least 15 and had total sales control in excess of £5M
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, presentational - with clarity of expression and engaging style
