UX Designer: Our award-winning Client are expanding and are looking for a UX Designer who will apply their design skills to create aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly web design - conceiving and implementing ideas as part of a fast-moving programme of user centric design to increase conversion - on both project work and regular, incremental updates to the website design. Experience of working on large-scale e-commerce sites highly beneficial.

The correct candidate will sit within the Projects team and a typical week will include:

* Managing the overall design of multiple large projects, brands & white labels.
* Working closely with developers to quickly design and build style guides for multiple brands
* Researching, wireframing and prototyping mobile and desktop designs (HTML & CSS).
* Collaborating with the other designers to improve efficiency and consistency

About You:

You will have proven experience of successfully designing aesthetically appealing e-commerce sites in a commercial environment and have a strong understanding of interaction design. You will have strong Sketch and Photoshop skills, as well as HLM5 and CSS3.

You will have a commercial approach to design, and be able to discuss the tangible benefit of any design changes made. You will be comfortable working with Agile methodologies in a collaborative team environment.
