This is an opportunity to join a multi-academy trust formed by the Diocese of Lincoln. They are a growing and thriving family of schools who are dedicated to providing an excellent education for pupils across Lincolnshire.

This role is to support 2 Local Boards across 3 schools within the Trust who operate with a joint Local Board, and Edenham Church of England Primary School.

5.5 hours per week

Predominantly evening work to cover 18 meetings per year. Meetings normally start at 6pm/6.30pm. Apart from attendance at meetings, the role can be carried out from home, at times to suit the post holder (within agreed deadlines).

As clerk you will provide admin support to the Local Board including preparing agendas and taking and distributing minutes. This role is central to the smooth running of the Local Board: offering administrative support, keeping records and giving procedural and legislative advice to the Local Board.

Clerks must have excellent organisation, communication and ICT skills, as well as an ability to take accurate minutes of meetings.

Previous clerking experience is desirable, but training will be provided. Experience of the education sector would be desirable.
