This company is looking for an experienced office manager who can work as part of a small team, ensuring that they deliver the first-class customer service that their clients expect from them.

As a privately owned company, managed by two directors who empower staff to meet the needs of a diverse client group. They manage intruder alarms, access control, fire and CCTV systems for domestic properties as well as large commercial organisations. The role will be supporting their Branch Manager, and Engineers, along with the small office team to deliver their great services.

This is a busy role, managing all incoming & outgoing communications with clients, engineers and suppliers. The role would ideally suit someone who has previous experience of managing a busy office, who does not mind wearing several "hats". You will be reliable, well-organised and able to handle day-to-day operations, providing support and encouragement to a team

Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite
- Good at prioritising
- Controlling costs and budgets
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
- Experience of using WinSIMS is desirable although training will be given.
