Supporting the Estate Management team with an existing portfolio of student and residential block management properties, establishing and building on new relationships.

The role requires an excellent telephone manner and candidates must be confident and at ease dealing with telephone queries and making outbound calls to leaseholders.

The successful applicant will have an excellent work ethic, the desire to learn and improve both your own skills and our business, and the ability to build excellent long-term relationships with our leaseholders, contractors, residents and other professional agents.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is very IT savvy and looking to excel in a varied and busy administration role.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to email enquiries
- Assist with all aspects of routine correspondence and lead on administrative duties to support the efficient running of the portfolio
- Updating records on dedicated property management software & excel spreadsheets
- Handling pre-sale enquiries
- Assisting in conveyancing process
- Completion of LPE1 forms
- Providing reliable data and reports
- Liaising and managing correspondence and queries with all parties involved in the pre-sale process

- Good written and verbal English

- An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- An ability to work independently and as a team
- Good administrative skills
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Quick to learn
- Ability to be proactive and use own initiative
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Good customer care skills
- Property knowledge is preferred but not a must
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, ability to multi-task
- Commitment to providing good customer service
- Experience of handling customer and stakeholder enquiries through to resolution.
