Holmfirth, West Yorkshire: Salaried General Practitioner

6-8 sessions

Following a retirement, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Salaried GP to join our team which consists of 8 Partners, 3 Salaried GPs plus a team of 5 Practices nurses and 3 Health Care Assistants supported by a large administrative team.

We are a large, well-established, innovative two site training practice that continues to work hard to deliver a high level of care to all of our patients. Clinicians meet daily for informal discussion and peer support, and weekly for in-house CPD. We are a supportive and friendly team.

  • Training practice with GP Trainees, Medical Students, Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP), Physician Associate training, HCA Apprenticeship and GPN Ready mentorship.

Holmfirth and Meltham are great places to live & work with good schools. There is plenty happening in Holmfirth and Meltham with annual festivals for Jazz, Folk Music, Film, and the Arts. The villages sit amongst beautiful Pennine countryside but not far from the big cities of Leeds, Manchester & Sheffield.

We welcome applications from GP Trainees finishing the VTS scheme in August 2019

Salary £64-80K dependent on experience, indemnity (MPS) fees paid by the Practice
